We are Christ-Centered Martial Artists (CMA)! Founded in 2001, Twin Cities CMA has been providing high-quality martial arts training for over 20 years. CMA is now a non-profit organization registered with the State of MN, and the federal government. The centrality of CMA is Jesus Christ! Simply put… We preach Christ! And Him crucified! This is the core essence of CMA. CMA is also a blend of Tang Soo Do and Zu Wei Shu Kenpo. CMA trains kicking, punching, forms, sparring,  and stretching.

CMA classes are held at three different locations; Together Place Church in Blaine, North Presbyterian Church in North St. Paul, and GraceWay Academy in Arden Hills, MN. To learn more about what classes are offered at each location, please view our class schedule.

We follow the traditional ranking system, where students progress from white belt to black belt through training, testing, and demonstration of skills. 

We teach students aging from 6 years old to senior adults. Please contact us to enroll your child in classes today!

Yes, Martial Arts can be safe and beneficial for children when taught by experienced and qualified instructors. We prioritize safety and proper technique in our classes.
