Our Instructors

Sifu Charity is one of two CMA Black Belts from her family. Her sister, Christine Gao, is also a CMA Black Belt. Sifu Charity's two younger brothers are CMA'ers, too! Her 11 year old brother Caleb, will test for his Black belt in 2026. Her parents are Da and Chang Gao.  I applaud these parents for the excellence they placed in their children. What great examples of authentic Christ-likeness.

Sifu Charity is Home Schooled.  She has been in CMA since September of 2019. Actually, she started during during the pandemic and excelled on ZOOM! 

Once, when she was a Purple Belt, I had her spar all of her co-op classmates, especially the male students. She overwhelmed them with her skills, prowess, and tenacity, yet remained so humble. It was most impressive! I was very proud of her.

 Sifu Charity has been the Assistant Instructor at GraceWay Academy for the last two years. She is excellent with all students of ALL ages, especially the younger CMA'ers. Her patience, and the joy she brings to class is only equalled by her tenaciousness, love for Christ, and her outstanding kicking abilities!  What an amazing godly-teen! CMA is truly blessed to have her in our ranks!
